You have an interior BPO, just set the appt. Then finish it on or before the due date, piece of cake!!! IREP is a great co. they pay better than most and they pay ontime, everytime. They are a top ten co., as Nike would say, Just Do It.

Thanks Gman. My problem is that there is no link for the report on the website. When I click on the assignment, under "reports" it says "no records found". I'm assuming that there should be a link to the report screen, but there isn't one.......

The order is definitely already assigned to me - I've accepted it. It shows up as an accepted order. However, I have no link or attachments and no return calls from IREP.

Unless they have weekend support, I'll have to wait for a call back on Monday.

Cappy - I'm not familiar with IREP but based on what you have posted, try the "Set Appointment" option and put in a time 24 hours from now and see if that will open the next task for you, which should/could be the option to complete the BPO. Just a guess, but worth a try to see if it will get you to the BPO form.

Like they are saying set the appointment date and then it will come up to be able to input. I did't see that part when you first posted, thought you just weren't seeing it at all.

Then go to Task List
Click on Assignment
Then Click on to do task

I haven't heard from them for a long time...will be placing a phone call today? I thought they were On-Hold for right now.

Just in case it happens to you again. You need to call tech support to have it unlock for you. It's their bug.

Thanks! I spoke to tech support yesterday - I'm not crazy (this time - LOL!) but there was an error on their side. It was supposed to say "Enter Required Information" under "Tasks". However, all it said was "set appointment". I tried to set the appt but it wouldn't take. Tech support agreed that it was an error on their side and reset it.

They do seem like nice people.

They are the greatest.......I love to work with them.

I would make a phone call or email the new rep for your area. They work on Saturday too! If you get an order as a result, send the a/c a thank you note!
