You have to have up to $250 in expenses accumulated for each property that you have with them in order to submit reimbursements or wait until the property closes. Safeguard or FAS does their trashout., winterizations and (i think) initial lawn care but the agent still does rekeys and utilites. So, be prepared to loan out your money for a while unless that house sells quick.

I've got a glitch, I think.

BAD is using REOTrans platform and tasks are assigned. However, because my asset is a Fannie, I also have to use the MF software.

So, I did the initial BPO task on RT and submitted it. Today AM asks me when will she get the BPO. I reply that I did it 12 days ago and submitted it. I have no tasks. WRONG! Because I should have used MF, I have to do it again.

All this is news to RT tech. They just heard about MF problems from another RT user agent. Tech tells me that I have to complete my tasks on their platform. So, it looks like I have to duplicate all my tasks. I'm waaay not happy.

Anyone have anything about this?

The prelist instructions say to complete on the fannie software and once they are in receipt of it they remove the task from RT.

Yes they handle FNMA assets. Yes you must have MF to work FNMA assets. BADISSO assigned me one property back on July 2, 2008 and to this date still has not put a price on it. Asset Manager has asked for bid after bid for repair after repair, and now none of the SAMS contractors will give a bid on the property as the AM never would award the job. BADISSO recently went from REOTrans to another platform, that I believe is their own. I did not join the new platform. I have asked them not to send me anymore assets.
