To get this one back on topic - and to provide a long overdue update - I had a listing with InSource in Oct '07 that finally sold in the beginning of '08. InSource wasn't the easiest to deal with, but there are worse! Didn't hear anything from them after closing that first one, then suddenly, got a call last week with a new listing followed by an email on Friday with a second one that's a beauty. I don't mind working with them at all - wouldn't make them my major source of business as they are demanding, but a few here and there - sure.
