Question:

What kind of dialer are you using? Mojo and such are kinda pricey for me. I started using skype which I loved until it cut me off after 50 calls a day. I could get a second subscription and total 100 calls per day, but I would feel like I am cheating skype... My main objective is to be able to click on a phone number in a spreadsheet and have it automatically dial for me. ANY THOUGHTS?

If you subscribe to Vonage, they have a Click-2-Call feature that allows you to dial a number from your Excel spreadsheet.

I completely agree that Mojo is way to expensive. Interested in how people respond. Want to see what other options are out there.

What about just good old fashioned dial for dollars? How many contacts are you already making by dialing that would require a calling service?

What kind of auto dial messages do you listen to when you are called during dinner? Find out who they use.

Mojo Dialer is amazing if you know how to use it and are able to exploit its benefits. This combined with RedX is probably the best prospecting tool at the moment. Also, one huge benefit with Mojo is the lead store which is great for just listed/sold calls. I couldn't imagine going back to hand dialing or a VoIP service.

MOJO may seem expensive at the outset but if you truly prospect you will get over 50% if your income from this source alone so to spend $2,000 is the best investment in marketing you can make. If you dont do that much, check put Dolphin dialer, the cheapest one I know of but no comparison.

i used speedy dialer rapid rabbit for years prior to learning about mojo. I have had Mojo for quite some time now. it is not expensive....it is actually the cheapest thing you could use to run your business if you figure cost per lead.

i'm in at a 95 dollar price for life! got in on a special some time ago.

I'm starting to call cold prospects and I'm wondering if anyone has a good introduction to build rapport with a homeowner.

Just signed up w/ Mojo. Awesome! Was averaging 30 dials/hr on 1 phone, now up to over 200. # of contacts/hr through the roof as well.

Lead store allows you to select an area on a map (say the neighbourhood around a new listing) and gives you all available phone numbers in the map area you chose. You can also just select your entire working area and use it as a cold call list.

The downside, I found out yesterday, is right now not all areas have phone numbers loaded so you may want to check with them and see if your area is available yet. Only a one-time fee of $199, so its a hell of a value. I know they have CO, CA, UT, AZ, and a few other western states. I won't be able to enjoy the benefits for about 2 or 3 weeks, but I can't wait to get to some good ole cold calling.

Can you filter out the numbers on the DNC list?
