What is the goin rate for everyone's commercial work? I get most of mine at anywhere from $125-175. just a little survey to see what you all are doing them for.

I got an offer this week to do a BPO on a big night club...
for $50. I don't do commmercial, and I certainly wouldn't do that one.

They will get what they pay for at $50.

Thats equivalent to a $2.00 residential order.

You could make it up on Volume !

Again, I have done these on the Commercial Real Estate and NOT THE BUSINESSES operating there, for $200 or $225. It should have been more. Appraisers charge $650, $900, $1750 and on up for Commercial Appraisals on similar properties. I'd want to see the Schedules and/or Forms that they expect to have completed for a Commercial BPO before uttering a $ Figure OR committing myself to do it or else I might have to be committed.

How much work are you guys getting for commercial. I'm currently learning the ropes on commercial Real Estate and although I still have a long ways to go, I eventually plan on doing bpos on commercial props(if there's plenty of them to do).
