asset val seminar in colorado - 10/15/07 09:44 PM

Hello agents;

Is there anyone going to colarado to the free bpo seminar that would like to share a room. I am a male. Thanks Herb

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/16/07 12:23 AM

You need to call that senator from Idaho!!!!
P.S. I don't use herbs or vinegar.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/16/07 03:03 AM

Shouldn't we use the current topic that is similar to this one? Anyway I would share a room with you , being that I am around your area. But I just would not feel to comfortable with another male that I do not know. Now a female on the other hand I would be more at ease with. Besides that room rates are not that bad. I think the lowest I saw in the e-mail sent to us was 99 a night. I figure I'll try to do 1 or 2 bpos more and that should cover my room. Now to figure out how much airfare will set me back. So far I am look at 300-380 for roundtrip airfare.

I found out last night the conference will end at 4:00pm. The last flight I can get is at 6:24pm. Do you think I can risk getting the flight at that time? Or should I wait till the next morning?

Any thoughts??

Yay. I am kind of excited. Just purchased my tickets a few moments ago. Would have done it sooner, but did not have the funds. \:\( umm mmmmm. To bad I won't be that close to you guys. I am arriving around 2:pm on Sunday. I got a room at the double tree. My total trip is already costing me 530 ish. I will probably have to take the bus or taxi. Maybe if anyone else is staying near the air port we can rent a car and drive there together. Most rentals are 13-25 a day. Double Tree is about 3.5 miles from the convention center. Hope it really is worth it like they are claiming it will be. I wanted to make a quick stop in Vegas for a few hours of playing, but again did not have the funds. Oh well.....

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/19/07 04:48 AM

I will be there about 12:00 on Sunday. The flight was $60 cheaper to take an early morning flight. But I am leaving right away when we are done on Tuesday. I hope this is worth it...

Since they haven't provided much info on the format.

Does anyone have listings from the REO company involved in the seminar? Or had much work from them?

Hopefully we will be put top of the list for listings once we attend

I asked about California and they emailed back with a "No".

I wish they are wrong. Closer to home. I can't turn my head away from business right now.

I'd like to know for sure if they are coming to California. And Hollyweird, Hollyhood and Los Angeles is like another state to me, but I could catch the $39 special(lol) offered going that way.......Northern Cali is my state.

Hi SavvyCyn,

I noticed that the airport is only 4.5 miles from the conventioan center, so it should be fine.

I am going to have a smiliar itninerary. If you decide not to book a later flight we can run to the airport together. (:

Is anyone else going to have to leave immediately and go straight to the airport?
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/28/07 01:33 PM

I'm leaving on Wednesday morning.

I did a "rush to the airport" after the REOMAC Florida conference earlier this month. It turned out they closed the freeway because President Bush was in town. I made my flight by seconds, they were starting to close the door between the airport and the tunnel thing.

I had this horrible feeling he would continue his tour to Colorado.. or we would get a snowstorm, or something else, so I played it safe and stayed an extra night.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/28/07 08:49 PM

I'm coming in Sun early afternoon and not leaving until Wed. I agree with Auburn... the rush, weather, traffic, etc is too uncertain to try to make a 6:00 flight.

HEY SLO BROKER... I'd like to meet you there. I use to live in SLO county (Templeton). I still visit there often because we have a vineyard in Paso (just finished harvesting). It's nice country there. I kinda miss living there, but then again, San Diego isn't too shabby either!

Auburn, should we meet on Mon AM to get pins or you wanna meet up somewhere on Sunday? I'd like to at least buy you a drink for your generosity of the pins!

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/28/07 09:45 PM

I live in the North County ...........

Which winery?

My families winery is Eagle Castle ........

Let me clarify that, we own a major part .....
Posted by: PacificBreeze

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/28/07 10:35 PM

We don't have a winery... just the vineyard. I'll PM you, as others on the forum aren't interested in this. Look forward to meeting you in Grand Junction!
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/29/07 12:36 AM

I'm interested!

I used to live in Paso! In my favorite neighborhood I've ever owned. We were on the 2nd tee of the country club golf course (so silly, since it's not even a country club!).

I miss living in North County every day...

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/29/07 01:48 AM

Wow... what a small world! It'll be fun meeting each other in Grand Junction! If you miss the central coast Auburn, you can buy our vineyard... it just went on the market a couple months ago ;\) Too hard to keep an eye on it since we moved to San Diego a few yrs ago. Thank goodness we have a GREAT farm manager!

I look forward to meeting you in CO and thanks again for handling the buttons!

How many pins are you mailing out? I wonder how many total brokers are going to be at the seminar.
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 10/29/07 02:03 AM

I think I'm at 12-15 right now.

I certainly don't want to buy a vineyard! I'm a good 3.5 hours away right now. But if my old house comes back up for sale.. that's another story.. Hey SLO, can you keep an eye on 913 Inverness?

We never should have sold that house.. Awww, the year anniversary since it closed escrow is coming up next month.. I feel like I should go visit it and make sure it's doing okay \:\)

Yay!!! I loooooooooooooooooooooooved that house!!! I took that picture standing in the neighbors yard holding my Chihuahua \:\)

We painted it and re-landscaped and replaced all the light fixtures, and fenced it, and completely gutted and remodeled it.

Then I bought a real estate franchise and we moved 300 miles away and had to sell it \:\(

Many of us are arriving Sunday early afternoon, maybe we should all meet for dinner the fun of it ........

Many places downtown to meet at so it won't matter where we are staying we should all be within walking distance ......

From my investigation is seems this is the place in downtown to enjoy .......

Yeah I also got mine Monday. I am getting kind of excited and nervous too. Even though I am told I am a people person I still get butterflies when I am put in a situation where I am meeting new people. Once I am there though I am ok. For the guys what do you think should be the dress? I tend to over pack when I go on small trips. LOL. I am almost in my mid 30's and am wondering if we should wear suits? Or just semi casual dress???? Also what can we bring with us on the air planes??? Airlines will tell you on their web site, but right now I am to lazy to go and look.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/06/07 10:40 AM

I was planning on business casual. Was wondering the same thing though. Sitting all day in a suit isn't too appealing...You have to have 3oz or less of liquid if you want to do a carry on.
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/06/07 02:39 PM

When I was at REOMAC in October I sat by a guy in an Armani suit at dinner one evening.

He was obviously new to the REO business. He said to me, "Can you believe that today some people were wearing DOCKERS?? <it was 95 and incredibly humid> I mean really, how do they think they will impress these banks and be a top agent dressed like that."

So I asked him how long he had been listing REOs, he changed the subject. Then I asked him if he wears a suit to work every day. He said "of course."

Then I realized he ptobably has never listed an REO, because I sure as hell am not stepping into one of my fleabag infested listings in a $2500 suit.

So I have a feeling you can wear business casual. The Assetval people I met at REOMAC in April were friendly, easy going folk, all in business casual.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/07/07 10:56 PM

Hi everyone,

I came across this post. I'm attending the seminar as well. I'm from California- Los Angeles County. I'll be arriving pretty early, on Saturday afternoon and leaving Tuesday around 6:30pm. I will be staying at the Hawthorn Inn.

I think I saw someone say they're flying out of Long Beach. Anyone else here from Southern Cali?

I'm guessing no one attending the seminar has worked for the companies yet. I heard it's supposed to be like a training and that they're expecting a flood of REOs so they're looking to get some new agents involved.

Has anyone heard anything else?

That might be an idea. Especially if they are not to far from each other. Maybe even leave a sticky for everyone else on the door. I am kind of ticked off. My carry on that had a couple of dress shirts, ties and my suit, where left on the plan when I transferred in Denver. Oh, well I guess I'll have to either buy a shirt or be real casual.

P. S I guess this is going to be a Hugh convention. I meet a few people on the way here that are going to the convention also. Turns out Cal REO is part of the ones sponsoring it.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/11/07 05:31 PM

Hi Everyone,

Being from California I suppose I take certain things for granted.. we woke up early and went to explore downtown Grand Junction. The only things open on Sunday are the Main Street Diner, Rockslide Brewery and an outdoor store!

We drove a couple hours east and had the same experience in neighoring towns. Crazy!

I made a sign I'll stick on the door of the Italian place directing people to the Rockslide.

I'll try to get there by 5:30 to post it.

I say whoever gets to Rockslide first ask for a table for 10? I would think we probably wont have more than 10 people sho up with the closed original place.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/11/07 05:40 PM

I think someone should tell the hostess at Rockslide where to direct anyone who asks where the Real Eatate people are sitting.

Just got here.
Go to the Rockslide cafe.
If you can figure out who I am, I'll buy you a drink.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/12/07 08:33 PM

LandBaron - I am having trouble believing you even exist!

There were 13 of us at the Rockslide last night (14 counting Herb, who didn't join us for dinner) and not one of us could figure out who you were.

I didn't see anyone with a LandBaron pin today either.

Come on, give us a clue!!

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/14/07 02:22 AM

It was great meeting all of you, I had a great time and the networking alone was worth the trip.

Not to mention How excited I am to finally start getting listings from Cal Reo. It was pretty cool that they put on this seminar.

I just signed up for homefeedback.com someone mentioned it today. They are offering 21 day free trial. Just have to remember to cancel if i don't like it. Looks like it has some potential.

Hey all,

I also had a great time in Grand Junction! I hung out with Land Baron and a few other folks that aren't on this forum yet. Like Broker Paul said "the networking alone was worth the trip."

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/14/07 05:40 PM

Hey Alpine Broker are you one of the guys that came up to us and said hello?? If it was you I hope you did not think that I was ignoring you. As I remember it was a pretty fast introduction. Actually 1 or 2 new member from this forum came to our group. And gave the forum its props and said how they appreciated all the info they had learned from the forum and it's members. I thought that was pretty nice. Anyway I hope the seminar was worth it as far as the money we put out and hopefully the money we will get back from up coming business. I checked my accounts when I got home and turns out that I am indeed already signed up at all 3 of the web sites they told us to sign up with. NOw I guess we just wait.

P. S Me and SarahM had a freighting experience on our way back to Denver. CO for our transfer. You want to share with them SarahM???

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/14/07 06:52 PM

I know I met you but I did not take any offense. I also hope I get business from them.

My trip home stunk. Ran like heck to catch my conecting flight in Phoenix only to watch the plane leave without me. I had to fly into LAX and take a taxi back to Burbank.... I lost two hours from good 'ole US Airways.
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/14/07 09:52 PM

US Airways is the worst.

This was my first and last trip with them.

It was great meeting everyone!

DelCidsRealty, what happened to you and Sarah?!? I must hear!!
Posted by: LandBaron

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/15/07 12:05 AM

It would of been faster for me to drive home to L.A. and across the Grand Canyon, then to take US Airways.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/15/07 02:14 AM

I will try my best. On our flight to our transfer point in Denver, we took the smaller jet/propeller plane. Well were almost to Denver and all of a sudden we hit some pretty major turbulence. In fact it was the worst I have ever experienced. Think of the worst earth quake you ever been in(for those of you in California) Well, the feeling was worst. The Turbulence actually shook the plane like really bad. Those who did not have their seat belts on good. Were tossed up and down, and some even hit their heads on the cabin roof. All the while each time we were shook. A couple ladies were letting out screams. I have never felt so helpless. I thought for a brief moment." Oh crap I am screwed if were going down there is not a thing in the world I can do about it. Thank goodness the Turbulence subsided. I have not been on many flights , but that was the worst. Hopefully I will not go through that again. Actually someone said they spoke with the flight attendant on the way out and they said she was scared too. She also said that it had been the worst she experienced in more then 3 years. Thank goodness were all safe and sound. \:\)

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 11/16/07 01:55 PM

I was on that same United flight--the one with the turbulence between GJ and Denver. Wow, what a shake up! I'd heard that kind of drop was possible on small planes, but I'd never been through it myself. One of the passengers hit their head on the overhead b/c the seat belt was loose. I'll always have mine nice and tight from now on. There was zero warning that would happen before it did.

Oh, and the seminar was well worth the scary flight home.

For those of you wondering about listings..

I got an email from AVM last week and they said after they evaluate 5 of your recent BPOs (completed since attending the training) then they will "rate" you and then pass you on to CalREO for listings.

I obviously complete a lot of BPOs for AVM (34 this week!) so I hit the 5 evaluated BPOs sooner than most.

But hang in there! CalREO sent me 2 listings today. \:\)

Anyone else have a contact at AWM that you have asked about work. I emailed Gina she responded after the seminar that I was set up and ready to go. We have the same last name figured she would remember me easier. But I emailed her last night & didn't get a response today. Sounds like they are busy though if Auburn got 30 orders...

I just don't want to be a pest but I spent a lot of moeny to go and would like to stay in front of them so I get some work.

If you haven't received any orders I would double check with someone at AVM. I was told a week after the seminar that I was set up in the system. I emailed them again today when I heard several of you were getting orders. A different person told me she changed my info today so I would now get orders and apologized.

So it wouldn't hurt to follow up. They seem like a great company to work for...

Just curious to know for those who went to the seminar who has already received listing.

I'm just a little discouraged. Two ladies from my county both received listing. Neither has even done a BPO. I've now done about 8 BPO's but still haven't got a listing.

Thanks

Congrats on the listings Auburn and Eldorado!
I think this company deserves a real thumbs up. I know you both were at the seminiar and they said they would be using agents that attended when they felt the need to bring new agents on... so you guys are proof that they are good for their word! I LUV this company... they are so good to work with. I just hope they find a need for more REO agents in my area because the people at this company really got their act together, from what I have have seen so far! (AVM-the BPO side is great and I assume the REO side will be just as good)!

Again, congrats Auburn and ElDorado!

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 02/26/08 11:31 PM

The 2 ladies who went to the seminar with me got their listing from Atpac. Neither have done any BPOs for AVM. I was at the Seminar in Jan in Orlando. Pacific Breeze I also know some in San Diego who received 2 listing already both from ATPAC, I don't think she has done any BPOs. Have you received a listing yet?

On a side note I just noticed I've made over 500 post.
Posted by: PacificBreeze

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 02/26/08 11:48 PM

No... still patiently waiting, but I do believe in this company. Time will tell!

As you know, AtPac is a separate company from AVM, so they may also use agents from other sources and/or past relationships, but we were promised that agents that attended the Grand Junction seminar will be given priority as new REO agents for AtPac as well as the other sister company for AVM.
Posted by: savvycyn

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 02/27/08 01:39 AM

I have gotten two BPOs from AVM. This was months after getting my account straightened out. But those were a month ago. I haven't received any listings.

Had some email conversations with Javk Valerius after I sent him a note. It was nice that he acknowledged it. Not sure it did anything...

All of those new assets from Litton were suppose to coming around this time, no??
Posted by: Delicious Cake

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 02/27/08 03:51 AM

My listings are not through @pac, they're through the AVM related company.

They are certainly 100% more work than other REO listings, and have some expectations that are hard to meet in the current market, but they are great to work with. They price where the listing actually should be to sell, they do repairs and respond to offers quickly.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 02/29/08 01:26 AM

I surpassed five with AVM this month and I think I have figured something out. I have been searching on the sister site to see who is getting properties in our area and noticed something. Those that have a listing and attended the conference all have a * next to their names. I haven't received anything from them, however I now have a star next to my name. Three weeks ago I did not. I looked up some others who went to the conference and noticed they had stars too. This could be totally wrong, but it seemed to make sense. Anyway- just thought I might share.

I think they are pretty much going to cover the same things they covered last time. I am going for the heck of it. I figure it could only help show them that I am committed to working for and with them. Besides I could use a nice 2 day trip to Vegas and maybe some play time!!!

This is Val from AVM (Asset Valuation & Marketing) Thank You to GetmSold for the nice comments about me. The Las Vegas seminar is not yet sold out. If you want info please email us. This seminar is going to be a little different then our Colorado seminar in that it is only 1 day & it will be all about REO's. There will be little to no bpo sessions as the hosts are strapped for time & will be spending most of their time inspecting NV properties. AVM is definitley NOT a bpo Mill. We take pride in our 12 years of service & wonderful agents that have been with us just as long or close to. Sorry to all my realtor friends out there but I will not be in Las Vegas. I am pregnant & baby is due June 25th. I was really bummed when I found out the date cause I LOVE Vegas. I hope all that attend have a wonderful time & believe me it is well worth your time!!!

Val..it's nice to see we are not the only ones that have to deal with these guys...read our threads about buyer's agents. Some of us have had to change our contact info so that we can keep our sanity.

I think the reason you guys in are swamped with apps is because you are first on the bpo lists they sell on ebay! Before they get tired of applying they get their list and with $$ signs in their eyes they apply, apply apply!!

Of course, I never did that!

Are you signed up with Cal Reo or AVM? That is how the invites went out. We pulled a list of agents from our site...mostly western agents though.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 10:01 AM

You are :) well for the most part. AVM started in 1995 from a home office ran by the Bourassa family. Phil Bourassa is one of the owners of Cal REO ( our sister co) & now we are Affiliated with AtPac & we share our agent database with them. Hope that makes sense

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 11:43 AM

I signed up with CalReo already, but haven't heard if my application was accepted.
Posted by: AVM-Val

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 11:47 AM

We have literally hundreds of agents applying everyday. I am not sure how Cal Reo exactly does it but I do not personally send emails or notifications if agents get accepted or not. If I did that I would not be able to get anything else done & no one would ever get orders :)

Been signed up with AVM for almost 3 years. If I'm lucky I get 2-3 a year.

Ben,

That's all we ask 2-3 right!

Ben, Where are you at in Florida? & if you don't mind...send me a PM & give me your full name so I can look up your profile & tell you why you only get 2-3 a year

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 12:21 PM

Let me check my account. I stand corrected.

In 2006 I did 13 orders. Then in 2007 I did 6. I've done one this year in May. Last order before this one was in September of 2007. It's a far cry from the 4-6 orders I do a day.

To give them credit they are a good company, forms are easy and they pay very well. I just seem to always get the white elephant orders that take forever to comp and complete.

I just saw a comment from an agent that says they do 10,000 bpos a month. That is apprx 333 bpos a week. How can you do 333 QUALITY bpos in a week..... That is impossible. Banks & servicers do not want bpo factories doing their bpos. I hope you are not signed up w/ us

That's 333 a day, not week. They must have signed up with Kim Class. laugh

I can see it happening. They probably have a team and cover multiple counties.

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:14 PM

I have a hard time when I get slammed getting mine in on time and done right when I do 15 - 20 a week. This isn't typical for me as I hardly ever get 15 - 20 a week at one time but when I do I have to eat, breathe, and sleep BPO's. I suppose you could if you don't actually 'sell or list' but then how do you know your market if you aren't 'selling or listing'? Beats the heck out of me.
Also....I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to pick your brain about the proper way to comment as everyone around here has a different opinion on that.

There is a well known BIG TIME Realtor/Trainer in my area that actually covers about 15 counties. He says he uses Realtors in all those counties to take the pics and email them to him. I just don't understand that. how in the ---- can you possibly get any damages/repairs/neighborhood stats from a picture on a house you've never laid eyes on? Makes no sense to me.
Posted by: Ben34105

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:19 PM

I'm not sure how companies let them get away with it either. In my town we have real estate companies handling our REOs that live on the other side of the state! They rent a PO Box locally so the address is local and list away. Most don't even have local MLS access.

As far as I'm concerned a lot of the banks deserve what is coming to them with such business practices.
Posted by: Ben34105

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:20 PM

Kim Class is a joke around here. Some girl signed on, gathered a bunch of company names and info, made a book, called herself an expert and started selling the info to noobs.
Posted by: AVM-Val

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:22 PM

Me either. That is why we expect that our agents are taking their own pics. I am not sure if you saw my reply on here to some company that offeres to take bpo pics for agents for $25
Posted by: AliceInReoLand

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:25 PM

I know A LOT of agents around here that have assistants go get the pics and do the BPO. The assistants get paid peanuts, the Realtors collect the checks.

When I say 'here' I mean where I live.

Val...I missed that. I'm gonna go look.
Posted by: CanDo

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:28 PM

I always write my own comments regarding comps but I've learned looking at other agent's BPOs that all they do is cut 'n paste (and don't do a good job of that!!!!). How does that fly? I guess it must if there's no QC flagging for further review after it goes through avm.
Posted by: AliceInReoLand

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:35 PM

CanDo...I feel ya. I always think of my own comments and they actually PERTAIN to the subject....(novel idea I know). But I've seen a lot of big time agents (remember about a month ago when we peeked through a glitch?) who don't even write full sentences yet they get all the listings. Amazing.
Posted by: CanDo

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 02:49 PM

I actually knew about that "glitch" before you posted but one day last week I was really, really slow. The local REO Queen here does BPOs for them and gets listings. I wanted to see what her and her partner's secret was. Well, I still don't know. They cut 'n paste like there's no tomorrow and the non-REO Queen of the team cannot spell really simple words. I do not get it. I don't see how they go through QC. I did a second (not an 2nd opinion) on a prior BPO. The non-REO Queen said that Subject was 18 acres! It was on .18acs. Big difference don't you think? Yet, it was never corrected on the first BPO. Wouldn't you think that would make someone sit up and notice, especially since all the comps were under .25acs? No. So, I'm not really sorry that I don't do a lot for them anymore. It was an eye-opener and something that I will keep in mind the next time they decide to nitpik (and I mean nitpik) one of my BPOs. QC my everlasting behind!
Posted by: AliceInReoLand

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/22/08 03:29 PM

LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know! After seeing some of those I cannot believe some of the silly QC's I've gotten!

My apologizes. Maybe I misunderstood, but I received an email from my Freemont AM stating.

" Fremont Investment & Loan has entered into an agreement with Litton Loan Servicing to purchase the majority of Fremont's loan servicing portfolio. The scheduled release date is June 1, 2008."

Re: asset val seminar in colorado - 05/23/08 10:15 AM

That may be true as Litton purchases loans from other sources. This is why they say our bpo business will be picking up in June. They do bpos on a percentage of the packages.

Oh, Oh here comps the storm..................................................

Well..... maybe not for you, since you are pregnant and also started off well on this form. But be careful with making generalizations about us agents. I know some agents can be overbearing, but not everyone of us is. People are hurting right now and desperate to break into this niche. Sometimes one does not realize that they are going over board with their tactics. Some think that if they keep calling and calling and calling, that it will show the AM's that they are committed and will do a good job. They do not realize that there may be 20 other agents doing the same thing. Which in turn limits your time and what you can do with it. Certainly no one wants to waste their time filtering hundreds of the same old phone call and e-mails. Relax, breath out and realize and say to yourself " Not all agents are stupid, only some are. And for agents like DelCidsRealty, they are my kind of agent" Ahhhh... much better. whistle grin

Yes - try doing a search - use "quotes" - and read the threads and you'll be rewarded.

Also you may wish to read the rules at the top of this section - and then read the 3 sticky threads.

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day - teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.

1 more thing - don't hijack threads -

I hope I jumped in soon enough wink

Off Topic - but have you ever noticed some emails from some AMC read just like they sound on the phone. Sometimes on the phone I want to say - hold on - 'I'll get an interpreter' and then their emails sounds exactly the same if you read them out loud.

Actually - most of the time these are the most polite calls and emails I get, smile

On Topic - I'll be as kind and pleasing when attempting to get business from someone as I can - I don't think being any other way makes sense or cents wink
