Wondering what type of value adjustment others would give for property on a private road vs. town maintained road. Worth more or less?
Also ... what value adjustment to give to acreage that is a "backlot" and accessed by a 300' ROW off of a private road. Can't be worth as much as a building lot with frontage.... maybe 80%?
Any appraisers here?
