Well, it looks like you are building a great content link for that real estate agent which will basically help his website get higher in the search engine rankings and do nothing for your website.
Your not going to believe this! I just got another award from a realtor named Jeff Schlansky. He says his site is pr/5 and that this award on my site will help me. This is ridiculous.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
