Once again, the standards/requirements for obtaining a RE license need to be much more difficult.

You need to talk to your broker and ask him or her to show you the correct way.

I think the answers here are a little harsh. Did you know how to input a listing your first time around? My office used to put mine in so I had to learn just recently. Not really rocket science but... Anyway if your MLS is like ours go to your main page on MLS click listings and enter new listing. Fill in all the blanks from tax records and info you gathered from your clients. Talk to your broker, office assistants etc. Someone in your office should help you the first time out.

I just signed onto this forum because I am a brand new realtor and need help as I work for a broker who is way too busy to help me. I look at all of these RUDE answers and think to myself...when I know it all I will gladly share it with anyone who is trying to succeed...
why even answer if the question offends you? why take the time to answer??????? you obviously have NOTHING to do!

I agree with Debi. Completely uncalled for.
In Italy, there's an expression..."brutta figura". Some folks on this forum would do well to research what it means, and perhaps reflect on who they are as human beings.

Plain and simple. Anyone who writes the gibberish that the OP wrote ought not be in real estate, or any other business for that matter.

Looking at the OPs name in his email address and his company's website, I'm betting English is not the OPs first language.
Plain and simple...it sure is easy to hide behind a profile and act like a moron.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
