Does anyone have a form they give to their client after COE asking specific questions regarding you and the job you did representing them? I have had clients write testimonials and post them on my website with their permission. I know I could just ask a couple basic questions on a form, but wanted to know if anyone has additional insight on this and maybe a way to make it easier for them with a form. Thanks!
