KEEP IN MIND IM NEW TO REAL ESTATE IM STILL IN SCHOOL AND FINISH TODAY. IVE LOOKING AROUND NEIGHBORHOODS FOR LISTED HOMES AND GETTING THE INFO PAPER TO GET IDEAS AND ENDED UP SEEING THIS VAN.

Yes in my state that is legal. Good question for your instructor as laws vary from state to state.I would not worry about such a service. Provides very little value to a seller.

That broker probably works and lives in the van, I can't imagine you could afford much better with that business model.

Using caps is not only RUDE but it is also harder to read than proper case. Keep using them and next time you may not get your answer. You were told nicely about using all Caps but you have chosen to be a smartass about it. Try being a professional instead.

What they all said. Long term netiquette says all caps are shouting (as well as being difficult to read, as is all lower case - in this case, your high school English teacher was right).

Remember, here you've got fellow agents who are willing to tell you when you're off track. Potential clients with whom you communicate this way most likely will simply write you off and move on to the next agent, and you'll never know why.
