Just had my 4th day and we covered FSBO's.

The overall experience is much better than I anticipated.

Granted, there are some folks who seem to always have microphone issues, but that seems to be less of an issue at this point.

The instructor is very good and it's interesting getting opinions and roll playing with 44 other people from around the country.

If you're with C21 and haven't taken this 6 week course (3 weeks with live Instructor) I'd urge you to go to 21online then CLS and look it over.

Some brokers will reimburse you after taking the course- mine included so it was a no brainer.

It's $195 for tons of very pragmatic training that will start a newbie out on very *solid* ground.

I am so excited to start something new, but, with that excitement comes intimidation. I'm scared i dont know enough to make it. Not that im not willing to learn, very much the opposite, but, the office is so busy, i was wondering who would have time to train me.

I took the create 21 course and it was great. My broker paid for me to take it.

Jason: I'm not sure how, but there is one person in our class still waiting to get her license in the mail.

You may want to ask your Broker if there's any way you can get into the 21online system so that you may start the CREATE 21 course.
