Try www.bbb.org Keep in mind most corporations are traded companies and have a CEO, board of directors, etc. If you have the city and state the Better Business Bureau has most of the info. Have a good day

Public companies file with Securities & Exchanges Commission. Go to: WWW.SEC.GOV Under "Filings & Forms" chose "Search Company Filings", then chose "Company and Other Filers". You can type in company name (or part of company name) and pull their annual report and other types of mandatory reports. Reports will include all corporations information.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
