During my recent showing I called well in advance, but it appeared as though the owners were having sex when we knocked. They quickly had to "clean up" the MBR:).
I had a naked lady incident this year while doin a showing. She was probably about 90 years old. I don't think she even noticed us, or maybe whe nyou're 90 you just don't care. It was pretty funny.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
