I often see where agents ask how to get listings. Yes, I do about 10 to 20 BPO's a month and to be honest, nothing has materialized from it. But within the last 6 months, I signed on with REONetwork.com and have received five new REO listings. The key to success, I believe is to not write a "run of the mill" bio of yourself. Make yourself standout. When I have received a call out of the blue from the asset manager, I am told they liked my profile from the other available agents in area. Such, review the site, look how others promote themselves, write your bio, revise it once, then again and then sign on. It's a good way to get noticed to these asset managers who may not know anyone in your area when one pops up. Good investment for your time & effort. Good luck.
