well i finally finished the 1 month class. its been the longest month of my life. but now with that out of the way just wanted to ask will the state test be anything like the test you have to pass at the end of the course?

i thought it was pretty easy and got a good score but from what i hear the state test is much harder.

I thought the test at the end of real estate class was much harder than the state test. a number of my peers here in AZ thought the same...

I MN there is no test at the end of the course. There are several "fake" test that you can take, but they are all there to prepare you for the real test. After course 1 you take the State and National together and then continue on with courses 2 and 3. Once you are done with all 3 then you are concidered "licensed"

In Ohio, we had to take 120 clock hours of pre-licensing classes. Then, we could take the State test. It was rather hard, but I studied for a few weeks while I waited on the State.

Good luck!!

The state part of my test was very similar to the tests offered in the classes. The general RE questions, on the other hand, were nothing like what I'd taken on any tests from the classes and a great deal of the material covered on the REAL test wasn't taught in the RE class. Go figure. I passed anyway though.
