Anyone heard of this company? It helps find sellers using a survey system?

i have actually used the company...the supposed profiles they provided- there were no profiles, all it is is the potential buyer or seller's name, phone number if you are lucky or an address, multiple ones sent sometimes and the ususal runaround, sometimes just realtors checking out the system and other times kids. but, they did keep their word on one issue, once i was unsatisfied i just called and they sent the refund within 3 weeks of cancellation. i did not have a positive experience with this company. maybe others were luckier.
