My title company was always able to do this for me. If you have an Old Republic Title there, give them a try. In the past I have been able to simply ask them for the mailing address for all apartments in a zip code and they sent me the pre-printed mailing labels.
The driving by option will always work too.

You can get them from infousa.com. Their lists are updated at the beginning of every month. The occupants may change but the addresses are accurate. Take a look at their website - very reasonably priced.

Polk City Directory is an excellent source. They also have software with a yearly update.

If you go into the leasing office and ask for a mnap that will do the trick as well.

I believe smgardner made the best reccomendation, go to the complex's office, and ask for a map.
From there, you can make a quick excel database of the street names and apartment numbers.
I've done this before in about 30 minutes (using copy/paste) for a 500 unit complex.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
