I would like to mail out a short questionnaire after closing, giving buyers & sellers a chance to rate my performance as their realtor, and also give them an opportunity to write a testimonial if they want to. Anyone have any suggetions where I can get a survey/questionnaire that would fill this criteria, or am I going to have to make it up myself? I saw one a while back and it was suggested that it be made up like it came from a private survey company so people would be more honest. Anyone have any ideas?

I mail a questionnare out asking about the agent's performance. Maybe you can ask your Broker to do it. I ask:

How did you hear about agentx?
Did they communicate effectively with you?
Is there anything they could have done differently?
Were you satisfied overall with the experience?
Would you recommend agentx to friends?
And then I ask for short testimonial that the agent can use for marketing & if it would be ok for prospective customers of agentx's to call them for a reference

Thanks Tanya! That's a big help. I was needing some kind of format. I just wasn't quite sure how to approach it. Making it up as though it was coming from the company is a good idea also. I want to know if I did something they didn't like, but would also be grateful for testimonials if I did a good job. I knew someone in our group here would be able to get me on the right track!
