Got a BPO order for $15.00!!! Who leaves the house for 15.00??????

Are you sure it's not an inspection? I've seen a lot of those come through because they think Katrina affected us here in FL. I turn them down unless I have a BPO in the area.

LOL. I got several of those too. They weren't actually BPOs though, they were those little inspection reports. I turned them down.

This is a property condition report. They are very easy forms with one exterior photos. If you are doing any kind of BPO volume why not hit it on the way to another property. I do over 400 BPOs per month. I always have another bpo near by.

Who does the majority of your work come from?

Yeah I like the inspections I usually ask for 20.00 and get it. Takes no time at all,

I have been in the Business for a bit. I get work from about 50 asset and valuation companies. You have to get your info out there. It's getting alot harder to get business. You have to get face to face with the people giving the work. Go to a few conferances. REOMAC is in April in Palm Springs. Hit that one this spring. Talk to everyone you can.

I have not had any orders from Proteck in a LONG time. Have they lost clients?
