Hi Everyone,

Recently, I met up with a new, out-of-the-area client at a foreclosure property. Within 20 minutes, we were writing up a contract offer on the hood of her car. She proceeded to drive back home which is 3-4 hours away, but in the same state. In any event, this property had multiple offers and her bid was not accepted.

However, she wants me to find something else that is similar. Surprisingly, has requested that once I find her another proeprty, she will sign a contract offer without coming back into town to preview, basing all of this on my input. Again, I have only met this woman once for 20 minutes. She is an upstanding professional woman who is determined to find something soon.

I need a release of liability form for this particular situation. Does anyone have one or can make suggestions on where I can find one?

Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your broker should have in-house counsel. Contact the attorney to see if they have a pre-printed form.
