Let me know if you need some help or you can contact me at 402-681-0277. Very inexpensive marketing for the return.
can you explain more in depth on what exactly you do and how much you charge?

Yes, I contact the FSBOs, Expired, and Withdrawals and set qualified appointments to see if the seller would like to list or relist the property. If you are not signed up with www.landvoice.com/IMS (copy and paste to browser) choose your area for $39.99 a month. I will send the new listings to you on a daily basis then we start with 12 hours a month at $12 an hour and set the appointments according to your schedule. I have been doing it for about 8 years and for one of the largest Brokers in California. He works the expired, withdrawal, and FSBO. If you are in Vegas, I work the Vegas market and it is very productive. Please feel free to contact me, my guarantee is 1-3 appointments per hour. My email is insmktsolutions@Yahoo.com. Thank you! I hope to hear from you!

Jami, how do you have access to expireds in every state?

I am a virtual assistant and I'm about to start an expireds campaign for a client but to do so I need access to her MLS. I can't see, other than if you have a membership with every MLS in the country, that you can have access to a comprehensive, up-to-date list. Please give me more information than "check out my website" because that makes it sound like a scam if you aren't willing to talk about it (I'm not saying give away trade secrets, just enough info to make you credible).

If anyone is looking for help with their expireds campaign, my contact info is here. Also, if you guys set up a network to help each other with the expireds campaign, I'd like to be a part of it since I am about to start one the first week of Nov. I find expireds the old fashioned way. I don't guarantee results other than I will save you time by doing it for you.

Good Morning Crystal,

Yes I can assist you with this but it is not a scam. I have close relationships with the companies that produce the listings. In order for you to get access to someones MLS you need to be a licensed Realtor or have someone that will sponsor you. I have been working on expireds, withdrawals, and FSBO for 8 years. I put guarantees behind my work because I have been doing the lead generation and appointment setting for so long you really have to know what people are saying and the key things to say to individuals. You can call me if you would like or email me at insmktsolutions@yahoo.com Thanks!
