I am getting ready to work with my first buyer. What all do they sign to start out with before we buy a house. (we are just looking) I gave them the agency disclosure. Im working on getting them to sign the buyers agent contract. Anything else important? I dont want to screw this up.

I'm new too and I don't want to sound mean, but shouldn't your broker be able to tell you what's needed?

Buyers agency, exclusive buyers agreement(If you want them to sign one..very good idea!!) Then show them houses...then you will do a purchase offer. obviously..lol and you will need ALL original signatures, on everything and then make sure you give the buyer a copy of everything they sign it when they sign it...Hope this helps!!
