4) Wondering why your partner is so damn cheap and won't spend money on advertising.
5) Wondering why you have 8 sales in the last 3 months and your partner only has 1, and it's on the rocks.
6) Wondering why your partner told the client (X) when you specifically said (not X) was the case.
7) Wondering why your partner has had the flu for 3 weeks.
8) Wondering why your partner doesn't understand that you can't work when you're sick.
9) Wondering why your partner's stupid kids demand so much of her time.
10) Wondering why your partner won't understand that it is a critical time for your son who has ADD and is changing his meds and needs more attention right now.
And oh yes, there will be blood...
ok, that completely made my day, thanks for the laughs....
I think a team can be very effective, depending upon what your situation is like and what your needs are, what you are looking for.
I wanted to join a team at one point, but then realized that I was just being lazy and feared cold calling and finally figured out that if I did all the things I should have been doing/wanted to do....I could accomplish my goals. It might take longer, maybe the leads that one might get from a team might not be there for you right away, but if you use all the avenues available to you and work at it, those leads that would have been provided by the team- you'll get your own- and maybe even more.
What works for some doesn't work for all. To each their own.
Good luck with your decision!
