Finally got a closing date!!!!!!!! My first client. We started this deal about 1 month ago. The husband and wife got into and argument because the wife showed up at the final walk-through without him because he could not get out of bed that morning and she did not want to be late. Later on that day the husband called me and wanted to cancel and back out of the whole process, because he said it would not work out between the two of them. He called me back 40 minutes later saying he was sorry and that he acted on impulse because he got into an agument with his wife. I felt a sense of relief! ButI wont get too happy til I get the check in hand.

Does anyone have a listing presentation Template they would like to share? Looking for new ideas.

Are you talking about doing a presentation on a laptop? If so, I'd look at Powerpoint templates. They have some pretty good ones on their website.

Actually, I don't own a laptop yet. Just a home computer and the computers at my office.

Ah, okay. No need to rush out and buy one!

You can print out Powerpoint presentations and place them in what I call a flip-folder, which is basically a folder that can turn into a triangle so that it sits upright. Then you can flip the pages on a landscape angle.

I know that probably sounds confusing, but Office Depot carries them, so if you describe it to them, they can probably help you. When they're closed, they look like black, laminated folders. Inside, there are plastic sleeves for the pages.

I have mine printed out and it looks professional in the folder.
