Lisa no question is a dumb queston if you ask it to learn the answer. In our line of work asking the right questions is what makes our sales and gets our listings. If yourboard uses strtus it can be done and there may be other systems.Stratus has a box that you can pull up all expired or put in a expiration date for your search or you can search for listings that started about five months ago or two months ago.then isolate the ones you want to keep an ewye on. Its best to contact your mls people on the phone. Also being that you are in New Jersey Would you do a CMA for me on 210 knapp Terrace Leonia NJ.This is my fathers property.

You better not try to contact a seller on a listing prior to the expiration date or you may be brought up for violations. Interferring with a contractural relationship.
Plus what ever state laws in your particular state, if any.
Ok, now I have a question on this. As a realtor you might not be able to do this. However, is there any problem with perhaps a MB you're working with doing it and letting the seller/buyer know they work with you?

Just a thought...

Okay I have to chime in here. I know I am new and all, but I think it will help me learn ;)I too do not SEE any actual TOS violations, although Campion mentions that they may have been edited out(possibly). I do, however; notice in many other areas of the forum where people have mentioned companies by name and said some unflattering things. I too believe this to be a problem, and will not be participating in that type of behavior. I hate having my ass bitten  (most of the time..lol)

I like the sound of that, Las Vegas Real Estate or Campion, can that be done here?
