You better not try to contact a seller on a listing prior to the expiration date or you may be brought up for violations. Interferring with a contractural relationship.
Plus what ever state laws in your particular state, if any.
Ok, now I have a question on this. As a realtor you might not be able to do this. However, is there any problem with perhaps a MB you're working with doing it and letting the seller/buyer know they work with you?
