If you would like to moderate one of these forums please send an email to webmaster@agentsonline.net and let me know of your interest.

Moderators have the ability to post announcements, edit and remove messages, make messages "sticky" , and are notified by email each time someone posts to their forum. They are often viewed as a leader and/or expert in their forum. The forum software allows for multiple moderators per forum - and in some cases multiple moderators are needed.

Part of the moderators duties is to help encourage discussion. Moderators may be removed if they don't actively attempt to do that. There are no hard and fast rules, but if a moderator doesn't post a message for two months - they probably have forgotten they are a moderator and may be removed.

For Moderators who are also Realtors, inclusion on the pull down menus in the Forums is one of the perks. If your city or town is not available them you would receive a free photo listing in the Reator Directory at http://www.epoweredprofessionals.com instead.

We prefer that those applying to moderate a forum have shown some previous interest in participating in discussions. If you just joined today, it is too early to apply for a position as a moderator. \:\)

Anything I could use like this? I have taken advantage of linking to realwebresults (backling too) Just curious if I missed a benefit.

I don't think you are missing anything Greg. The directory at epoweredprofessionals.com just lists Realtors - it is not a general real estate directory.
