Can you tell me what distinguishes a "Junior Member" from a "Veteran Member" and any other designations that appear under users names in their posts?

When someone first joins they are a "Junior Member" until they have 10 posts - at that point they become a "Member". At 500 posts a member becomes a "Veteran Member".

We should probably have another level to recognize members who have a lot more posts than that - some have well over 2000 - but what would it be called?

If anyone has any thoughts on Member levels I would be happy to hear them.

Done - now anyone with over 1500 posts is a "Major Contributor" - like Dee

Huh. I guess I never realized the membership level was connectd to posts, but it makes sense. I read more here than I post. Thanks for having a great resource available to us!

Someone asked me how many "Major Contributors" there were, and I thought it would be nice to know how many of each level there was.

Today there are 7 "Major Contributors", 56 "Veteran Members" and 1194 "Members" - and thousands of "Junior Members"

How about heads up, leads or extra work in our area or some kind of peanuts.

The more accurate our info. The higher quality of Nut we receive.
Of course a limit would be set. Then you return back to the regular old roasted peanut again
