You need to login before you try and post a message to the forum. Click on the "login or register" link under the forum logo as soon as you enter the forums.

Doug, I hear what you're saying, however the only way the site will let me log in is to use the following:

http://www.agentsonline.net/forum/ultimatebb.php/topic/17/7.html. When I use this link the system logs me in.

Otherwise the system replies that I am not logged in. Having to go back and get the above is a pain in the ankle. I have this problem on both computers tht I use daily.

When you post a reply or a new message and you have not already logged in to the board you will see the fields for your username and password above where you type the message.

*IMPORTANT: If you fill in those fields and you are not already logged in you will receive the message that you need to login when you try and submit the message. Those fields just tell the program who the message is from - they do not log you in to the board. (That is because the board can also be run without requiring those who post to be a member - but we do require that all who post be a member.)

To actually login you need to click on the "login" link which is found on pretty much every page of the forums - right under the forum logo above. Once you are actually logged in you no longer see the login fields above the field where you type your post or reply.
