I'm not sure if this has been asked or not, so go easy if it has.

Has there been talk about setting up special sections going by state, which i know whould probably be too much, or by regions of the US for referrals, leads, etc? I've seen other boards set up that way so talk specific for those areas are in just those areas.

Just an idea.

For referrals.. I've already done it. Do a search for state name referrals and you'll find a thread for each of the fifty states. You can find agents easily.
