Hello, I am new to this message board and would like to know if any members work in Maryland. My Home Inspection business was established two years ago, and there may be some area specific issues to be addressed. Looking forward to providing some postings, my education in this business will never end. Any inspector who claims to have all of the answers will probably be visiting the local court room. Anyone who follows the discussions here is familiar with member Rusell Ray. I have learned a lot from his NACHI board postings, and try to follow his dedication to constantly improve the realtors awareness of the complex field of home inspections. Will return...........

I think that is a chapter for NAHI also. NAHI and ASHI both have some great chapters in that part of the country. They are always having great educational programs.

John if haven't done so already you need to check out the other home inspector discussion boards as well. You will find a wealth of knowledge on them.
