Home Inspection can make or break you. A lot of things can affect the monetary value of your home. A very bad result from your house inspector would most likely depreciate it.
Sounds like a perfect reason to schedule an inspection before you actually list your property. That way, you have an idea what issues your home has and have plenty of time to rectify any problems.
