A common problem, which is why the only time I recommend a mold test is when the doctor treating the asthmatic 2-year old knows what the results mean. Half the time, even the mold testing companies don't know what the reports mean.

What your report says is that you have some mold spores present. Well, mold spores exist just about everywhere; all of us are breathing them as we are reading this post.

Nothing in your report appears out of whack. Just make sure that you be proactive in sealing exterior stucco and brick cracks, especially around windows and doors, taking care of roof problems (have your roof inspected annually), don't overwater your landscape or switche to low-water use landscaping, and store dry materials (bathroom tissue, facial tissue, towels, etc.) under all your sink cabinets--no chemicals, please--chemicals are corrosive and dangerous. Everytime you reach under the sink to get a new roll of bathroom tissue, or a new washrag or towell, or a new box of facial tissues, etc., if it's wet, you have a plumbing leak. Have those plumbing leaks taken care of immediately.

Out of curiosity, though, why did you have a mold test done?

Its a long story.

The listing agent of this property is a snake. He listed the property for this elderly couple who did not know better, then he turned away all potential buyers by scaring them away (he told me YOU DONT WANT THIS HOUSE IT HAS A $50000 MOLD PROBLEM!) and finally the owners were forced to sell it to him at a very low price, eventually they found out and decided to deal with me directly...so during inspection I wanted peace of mind to make sure I dont have a $50000 mold problem.
