I just recently acquired a PR5 marketing site, http://www.mlmland.com , and I want to open it up to some advertising. It has 110 article pages in SEO-friendly html.
Stats: For the first week of January: 2,900 uniques

Site-Wide Text-Ad: $5 dollars/month (or $70 for a permanent link). Link goes where is says "resources + sponsors" on all 122 pages.

Please no adult links; I am trying to keep the link group relevant and clean.
