I am willing to trade links with any real estate themed site with a PR of 3 or more on the link page. All of my pages have a PR3 and are only one click from the home page.

I do not have a links page per se but rather add links to the bottom of each page of the site (see http://www.buylakecountyrealestate.com/lake-county/ for an example). There will never be more than 3 of these links on any page. If you need me to explain why this is better than placing your link on a "links" page please ask.
