Nice to see that you have taken my idea one stage further, but, where will the links page be?

The 60 (approximately) Realtor sites all have existing pages within their sites that list Realtors in market areas other than the market area served by the Realtor. The qualifying links would be placed in that page in each Realtor's site.

These pages are all indexable - as are the links. Some of these sites have been around for 7 years and some are quite new so there are varying Page Ranks on the pages themselves.

Doug would you mind adding me to those sites and send me the anchor text of the sites you would like added to mine.

What happened with this?

I have done a few exchanges and I am still exchanging - but have been forced to delay due to a couple of tardy clients. I will continue with pending and future exchanges early April - after Spring Break

Doug I havent heard back from you and I sent you a couple of emails. Maybe they were caught as spam who knows...but if you read this please email me and I would be happy to put them on my Las Vegas Site and my Atlanta site which is still being designed and only has placeholder pages...but LOL in just 2 weeks( domain was purchased March 12th) I am in the top 5 for every major search phrase on Yahoo for Atlanta Real Estate...still waiting though for google to do a major indexing here in about 3 weeks and maybe a PR update since I didnt have the site up on the last PR update google did.
