I am webmaster for two small town agents in Costa Rica. Different towns, different listings, different IP addresses.

These websites are fairly well established, over a year old, clean html pages, well spidered and well ranked in index on Google, Yahoo and MSN. I have done a fair amount of link exchanging for their local markets, but am sorely in need of a few more relevant link exchanges with real estate sites.

I intend to put a link to your homepage on the agent bio page, clean html, indexed, direct text link (a href=no_tricks), with additional description text. I am only going to put 5 outbound links on the agent bio pages, referring to them as "Recommended Real Estate Agents" (not as link partners or exchanges).

I don't want to do triangular linking, so please review which one of these websites you would like to exchange with:
