Can anyone please advise me how to go about finding someone who can do the work and would use his/her own money for improvements to a property (two family) that i wish to sell. where i would give good profit to the person who has invested his/her time upon the sale?

MEC.. That is a tough one.. You will have to look for someone that would be willing.. Your first choice would be to look for someone that is local and then make sure that when you talk to them you have all of your p's and q's inline... Otherwise you will burn your bridges quickly and that will spread very quickly no matter what area you are in...

Now make sure that you have at least an elementary business plan in mind that you can work out with your prospective investor/partner.. And please don't jump at everything right away.. Go slow and proceed with caution no matter what you do...
