Hello everyone I am a native and resident of New Orleans. Formally a lawyer I have been selling real estate in the city for the past 5 years. The question I am posing to everyone is if you or anyone you know has either bought or inquired about buying in New Orleans then what area(s) and type of property. Myself along with a small group of investors are trying to get a feel for where the outside money is going. We believe one of the most important ways for the city of New Orleans to come back is thru the investment of people out of state.
