AZ- Realtor Veteran Member Registered: 08/16/05 Posts: 626 Loc: AZ	Has anyone formed a company to buy Real Estate? If so, what kind did you form, in what state, and do you have any advice? I did a search on google, is it really a good idea to form a LLC in Delaware? Any advice appreciated.

Carla in Colorado Springs Veteran Member Registered: 06/08/05 Posts: 869 Loc: Colorado Springs	In Colorado my accoutant told me the only way to go is an LLC- don't know about your state, but I have an LLC.
