I went to the millionaire conference and this sounds like the path to riches(tongue in cheek). Has anyone this course or have any input for this tax investing?

I'm not certain what a tax certificate is.

I am a strong advocate of purchasing property at tax lien sales though. My husband and I try to buy as many properties as we can each year.

I am new at this so go easy on me please. I am a builder from Los Angeles that just moved ( 1 year ago) to Montreal Canada. I did purchase some land here and build one house and sold it and now I am building a duplex for sale also.

I am also interested in getting my real estate licence.

Back in Los Angeles I did attend a Tax lean auction for the county of Los Angeles and find that to be really interesting in the possibilities of making good investments.

Now I was wondering if any of you knows if they do the same things in the Montreal area.

These classes are very useful and do often make millionaires... of the people doing the presentations.

You may learn a few things you could have picked up for free at a lot of places, but these are just hype sessions designed to get you to buy a "Program" or Coaching. The worst are generally the "Free" ones.
