What type of partner and what do you need from them?

are you putting up your own credit or money or neither?

I am very much into investing! I've learned more about creative real estate investing over traditional real estate. I want to be a loan officer later on just to learn the mortgage industry so I can work with paper notes.

All I do is talk about real estate - I love it!

Right now we're doing rehabs in California to build enough capital to start up another LLC next year for cashflow acquisitions. My LLC just bought 2 properties in November which is kinda unbelievable. I've been learning and analyzing creative strategies for the past year and now I've been going balls out just doing it.

I'll be buying outside CA in certain states so I might be contacting a few agents on this board to sell me a few investment properties for my LLC.

I got another IT job to pay for my mortgage but I'm relying on my LLC's to take me out of this industry. Hopefully soon.

One thing I learned is to hang around with like minded people and follow successful business models/investors.

What type of lending did you use in aquiring? Any? Curious to see what you did since I do it. Might open up some education.
