I am looking to purchase sfr's in Queens New york on a 5000 square foot lot or more and knock the house down and put up two two families. The areas I have outlined are automatically zoned for this. I have a qualified builder on my team and can get the financing for the first my problem is for the construction loan. I need about 600k to finance the two family homes and the profit will be somewhere between 250-500k once sold. Is hard money an option? A LLP? HELP
