Im new to this and was hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. Im looking to retrieve foreclosure lists but everywhere I look they all want money and I am not even sure they have a valid list. Any suggestions would be great.

Well just in case you did not know if your local newspaper or any newspaper in your state has an online site you could type in a search for forclosure and may score some free ones.
Stay tuned in because I am sure some of the agents have better Idea's than I.
Also make sure you search the forum for past threads that cover this topic as you may find more answers. I am confident this has been covered before.

Just do a web search for your county clerk of the courts... or what ever you call that type office in your area. Most now have on line real time search ability and you can locate les pendens and NOD's as they are filed.. real time.
DO NOT get tricked into signing up for one of those paid foreclosure sites... they are total rip offs with outdated and incorrect data.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
