Can anyone recommend a reliable , quick tenant screening service. I only have a need once or twice a year to use one so I need a company I can call and in a matter of a few minutes get it handled.

Got to www.800PeopleSearch.com . There's a fee but it'll help ease any worries. I don't think there are any free sites out there for background check.

I use ntnonline.com The people there have called me when they see an error issue and when I had a credit report issue-- The people had lived on East and Transperian gave a no street, they were looking for East something, they were there to help. By the way the prospective tenent had 1500.00 turned over for collection in the last 30 days, going in in April for second cause on a F.E.D., and forgot to put down that address even though they lived there since September. I don't think I can help them with a place to live.
