You would be far better off, doing deals rather than setting on the fence with "mentors".

If your "course" work has not provided you with the knowledge and methods to locate other investors.... it is probably because your mentors are not investors but simply "Paid Hand Holders" with little support capability, and no real knowledge of real estate investments... they probably just read a book and never actually used it to see if it actually worked....

People that want to charge you for teaching you how to invest should always be questioned as to why????? If they are any good at it... why are they not spending ALL of their time doing it???? Is it because they can make more off you than they can with their real estate investment knowledge.... that is it Most of the time.... and they have no risks.

I was a personal student of Azams around a year ago. He is by far the most influential person I have ever came across in my life. He really has his stuff together. I am nolonger an investor I got my brokers license. Daphne, I can tell you that your knowledge you optain from Azam will affect the rest of your life. Also, I know that when I was a student he provided us with a list of other ppl. in the program who lived in the same state as us. Therefore, we could gain help from not only Azam but other students. Ask him, Im sure he will help you out there. I still keep in contact with Azam whenever I am in need of help. He is very helpful. Even though I am nolonger a paying customer, he is very quick to be there for me. Any help I can provide you can email me at tuffymae@aol.com

geezzz

If your "training" was to not be a real estate investor and Only be a Broker..... not really sure what your training was worth????? How could you not invest in the field that your suppose to be the most competent in???

If a course had that as a result.... I would strongly recommend walking .... no running away.

Learn as much as you can from the guy, but do your own deals to get experience. As far as finding other investors in here, it might be best to look to people you know
