I've worked with Marshall Reddick and I flew out to California a couple of years ago to meet him and a group of his investors.

I had the pleasure of having lunch with Mr. Reddick and visiting with him at his office.

He's for real, he personally owns over 400 single family rentals.

I'm also one of their local representatives and have sold several properties to them.
