Does anyone know what rents (weekly) better - 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom. I have the chance to purchase either condo for a $15,000 difference. These condos are in Orlando 4 miles from Disney. I just wondered if it would be harder to rent the higher priced rental (4 BR) vs. the 3. Thank you in advance.

Usually, you get more rents for more bedrooms. That's a general rule of thumb. You'd have to do rent comps to figure out whether the 15k is worth the increase in weekly rents. It could be a small amount of return or it could be greater.

I just wondered if they get booked as often. In other words, is it easier to book a 3 bed or is there high demand for 4 bed.
