This is very nice work. Where are these articles from? A few say realtor magazine online, but most don't have a credit line. We can get sued if we steal someone's work, so maybe you can provide the name of the source so we can give them proper credit.

Quoting any information other than general knowledge requires you to cite it correctly else it's considered plagirism but just for personal use and general information it doesn't matter as the information is considered public domain.

If you were selling the zip file than you would be in trouble

1. By "we", I mean anyone who tries to use the documents in their business. It's always good to know where a report comes from before I attempt use it.

2. Just because something is given to you "free" doesn't mean you can freely use someone else's work. Since the obvious purpose of having these reports would be to provide them to our clients or somehow use them in our business, we have to be careful. In some cases, the author has exclusive rights and you have to pay to use their work.

3. Link is down anyway, so no harm done.
