Nevada has such favorable pro landlord laws. Just had a client try to evict a tenant w/notice to vacate, which was challenged by tenant. They went to court within a week and the Judge had them out of there within days. Start to finish, the process took less than 2 weeks. No drawn out stuff like the "liberal" states have.

detroit can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4+ months.
